These Standards are an integral part of the Terms of Service and apply throughout all territories where the Platform is available.2. Strict Prohibition (Zero-Tolerance Policy)The Platform strictly prohibits any actions, content, or materials related to:Creating, distributing, storing, or soliciting materials depicting child sexual abuse (CSAM) or any sexually explicit imagery involving individuals under 18 years of age.Grooming — any attempts to establish an emotional connection with a minor for the purpose of subsequent sexual contact or obtaining intimate materials.Sexual exploitation — using children for commercial or other purposes to obtain sexual gratification or profit.Sexual harassment — verbal or visual communications of a sexual nature directed at underage users.Enticement — encouraging minors to engage in sexual acts in real life or online.3. Administration's Obligations (Proactive Stance)We do not limit ourselves to passive prohibition. Under this policy, we commit to:Moderation: Conducting both preventive and reactive moderation of user content, utilizing automated systems (e.g., image hashing through NCMEC/PhotoDNA databases) as well as manual review.Incident Response: Upon detection of any suspicious material or exploitation incident, we will immediately:Remove the content and permanently ban the accounts of offenders (with no right to appeal or restore).Preserve all digital footprints (IP addresses, metadata, logs) for transmission to law enforcement authorities.File a mandatory report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authorized body in the jurisdiction where the violation occurred.Cooperation: Full and unconditional cooperation with international and local law enforcement agencies regarding all requests related to CSAM investigations.4. User Reporting Mechanisms (How to Report)We encourage all users to be our partners in ensuring safety.If you witness suspicious behavior, receive inappropriate messages, or come across prohibited content, you are required to report it:Through the built-in "Report" button available on every profile or publication.Through our support team at [Insert Your Support Email] with "SAFETY" in the subject line.Anonymity Guarantee: We guarantee complete anonymity for reporters and protection against retaliation for good-faith reporting of violations.5. Additional Safety Measures for MinorsTo protect vulnerable audiences, the following restrictions apply on the Platform (depending on the app's specific features):Prohibition on targeted advertising for users under 18 years of age.Restricted privacy settings by default for accounts identified as belonging to minors.Prohibition on sharing personal contact information (phone number, address) in public chats.6. Liability for ViolationsViolation of these Standards will result in:Immediate and permanent suspension of all offender accounts on our Platform (including IP bans where technically feasible).Referral of materials to law enforcement authorities for criminal prosecution in accordance with the penal code of the offender's country of residence.Legal action up to and including recovery of damages if the offender's actions have harmed the Platform's reputation or caused harm to third parties.7. Confidentiality and Data RetentionWe process complaints and evidence in strict compliance with the law. Data obtained during violation investigations is stored in encrypted form and used exclusively for submission to law enforcement agencies or for deletion purposes, and not for any other commercial purposes.
